Where orders are printed

Every Senpaiwave item is printed to order by our print partners in the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders to the US are printed and shipped inside the US; orders to the UK are usually printed in the UK. Orders to the EU and the rest of the world are printed in the US or UK and shipped internationally.

Production time

Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days; during launches and holidays it can take up to 7. You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates (after production)

• United States and United Kingdom: 3 to 8 business days.
• European Union and the rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and customs handling.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, carrier backlogs and customs inspections can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $150 (or the equivalent in your currency). Below that, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart and is shown before you pay.

Customs, duties and VAT

Orders to the US and UK are printed locally, so no import charges apply. Orders to the EU and other countries are shipped from the US or UK, and your local customs authority may charge import VAT, duties or a handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your authorities, are the recipient's responsibility, and cannot be refunded by us. If a parcel is refused because of such charges and returned, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.

Tracking, lost and delayed parcels

Every order ships with a tracking number. If tracking stops updating for more than 15 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
