How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed after you order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes roughly 3 to 8 business days in the US and UK and 10 to 30 business days everywhere else, EU included. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where do you ship from?
From our print partners in the United States and the United Kingdom. US orders are printed and shipped inside the US; UK orders are usually printed in the UK; orders to the EU and the rest of the world are printed in the US or UK and shipped internationally, which takes longer and may attract import VAT or duties on arrival.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $150 (or the equivalent in your currency). Below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn, unwashed item for a refund of the item price. You pay the return shipping. Because everything is printed to order we do not exchange; place a new order for the size you want. Damaged or misprinted items are reprinted or refunded for free, no return needed.
How do the sizes run?
The Comfort Colors 1717 tee has a relaxed fit; the Bella+Canvas 3010 (marked on the product page) is a boxier oversized cut, so size down for a regular fit. The Comfort Colors 1467 hoodie runs true to size. Every product page has a size chart, and the full size guide has both blanks in inches and centimetres.
What are the shirts made of?
Tees are Comfort Colors 1717, 100% ring-spun garment-dyed cotton, about 6.1 oz, or the Bella+Canvas 3010 oversized tee on some designs. Hoodies are Comfort Colors 1467 lightweight hooded sweatshirt, 100% ring-spun garment-dyed cotton. Prints are direct-to-garment and survive machine washing cold, inside out, no tumble drying on high.
Are the designs official merchandise?
No. Every design is original fan art made by Senpaiwave and printed on demand. We are not affiliated with the studios or publishers of the series we draw.
Do you charge customs or VAT?
Prices shown include VAT where the store collects it. Orders to the US and UK are printed locally, so no import charges apply there. Orders to the EU and other countries are shipped from the US or UK, so your customs authority may charge import VAT or duties on arrival; those charges are the customer's responsibility and we cannot refund them.
Can I request a character or series?
Yes, and requests go to the front of the design queue. Use the contact page and tell us the character, series and whether you want a tee or a hoodie.
How do I use the weekly discount?
Every week one series is 10% off. The discount is applied automatically in the cart for every item in that series, no code needed, and it combines with free shipping over $150.
What is the difference between the regular tee and the oversized tee?
Two blanks. The regular tee is the Comfort Colors 1717: garment-dyed, relaxed fit, true to size, $29. The oversized tee is the Bella+Canvas 3010: a boxy drop-shoulder cut that runs about one size roomier, $33, and its title always says 'Oversized'. Every product page names its blank, and the size guide has both in inches and centimetres.
Why do some designs cost more than others?
Price follows the garment, not the design: $29 for the Comfort Colors 1717 tee ($32 in 2XL and 3XL), $33 for the Bella+Canvas 3010 oversized tee ($35 in 2XL and 3XL) and $46 for the Comfort Colors 1467 hoodie ($52 in 2XL and 3XL). Weekly series campaigns take 10% off automatically at checkout.
Is the same design available as both a tee and a hoodie?
Usually. Most designs exist as a regular tee, an oversized tee and a hooded sweatshirt. The product page links the other fits under the buy buttons ('Same design, other fits'), and the Anime and Gaming hoodie and t-shirt collections list everything by garment.
