Mutant cats
The core designs are about the cats: cute mutant cats, the OP mutant cats piece, the mutant cat roguelike design and "Breed & Mutate", for people who spend more time in the breeding screen than in the fights.
The dark side
Mewgenics has the same dark humour as Isaac, and a few designs lean into it: the necromancer cat and the Catapocalypse print.
The Binding of Isaac crossover
Several pieces are about the Isaac connection: the Mewgenics x Binding of Isaac crossover with the Isaac tears cat, the child's skull tears design and the Isaac easter egg Catapocalypse. There is also a fan logo design with the creator's name.
