Saber
Artoria Pendragon has the most designs: the King of Knights portrait, Excalibur, and the Avalon protector piece.
Archer, Lancer and Rider
Archer gets the Unlimited Blade Works treatment, Lancer is shown with Gae Bolg, and Medusa as Rider has a katakana logo design and a chained-dagger portrait.
Shirou and the Grail War
Shirou Emiya has an Unlimited Blade Works design of his own, and two broader pieces cover the Holy Grail War and the Unlimited Blade Works anime as a whole.
